PINEAPPLE CHICKEN BREASTS

1. Pre Heat Oven to 350 F

2. In a skillet, heat oil, Melt butter, Stir chicken Breast until Golden. Place in a baking dish and set aside.

3. Using the same skillet. Saute' Onion and spread over Chicken Breast, Cover with pineapple + Lemon Slices.

4. In a small bowl,
combine pineapple juice hoisin sauce, brown sugar and mixture over garnished chicken breast.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes.

4, 4oz bowed, skinned chicken breast
1 onion sliced thin
3 Lemons Thinly Sliced
1 Med pineapple cored peeled thinly sliced
Pineapple Juice 5 oz
Hoisin Sauce 2 oz
Brown Sugar 3 Tbsp
