Dr did not run in and out and I appreciated that. She listened to me and seemed genuinely concerned.

Due to the fact that this was my first appointment after a long stay in the hospital it was very satisfying. Check in with well. All the nurses and doctors that entered the room practice good hand hygiene. The nurses and doctor were very informative about my next steps on this journey and my upcoming appointments.

Best Neorology office at Uab

I have been a patient of UAB Health Services for over 50 years and wouldn’t go anyplace else. Quality doctors and quality care in one place

Every issue I had was completely dismissed. She didn't even look at my documentation or spend more than 10 minutes with me. She told me all of my issues were irrelevant and she is only ""paid to study the structure of my brain and the structure looks fine,"" even though my issues seemed to be neurologically related. She even confused my MRI date with my birthday and when I tried to correct her she stated ""well let the scans reflect the date,"" then didn't address that she mixed the two. She was very arrogant and dismissive of any concerns that I had. I had to press to get any next steps as she didn't seem to want to provide any. She also lacked showing any compassion or emotion and had a very abhorrent demeanor.

Each person we dealt with was above borad and was very helpful and nice.

Top score in all aspects, staff, physician, facilities, parking, time of response when making appointment, timing of follow up.

Dr Maron was very thorough and I'm very glad I was referred to her. I feel much better about my issues going forward. Thank you

Dr. Maron was so thorough, competent and friendly. Her nurse practitioner was also competent, thorough and friendly. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was almost no wait time to be seen.

I was very nervous until I walked in and saw the receptionist. She was so kind and I was instantly at ease. And everyone I met from that moment on made me feel more and more at ease.

Dr. Maron was absolutely amazing. She's very attentive & actually listened to my concerns. She genuinely seemed to care. The staff was very friendly. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I will gladly travel the extra 2 1/2 hours to continue to see them.

I just moved here to get help at UAB for some neurological issues after an accident I was all alone and pretty scared but then the time as a phone call to make the appointment until getting to the building having to ask where to park from a stranger walking in the door and having a doctor or staff not just tell me where to go but actually walk me there was amazing! Thank you so very much !I have severe white coat syndrome and was terrified! I'm not scared to be there anymore.😁 even the sign in the elevator moved me so much, and gave me hope that I am going to get better and people do care, and that I am being heard and seen. I even took a picture of it and sent it to my family. They were so proud of me and so happy that you guys were as wonderful as we had heard. God bless and thank you. I look forward to getting my life back and maybe being helpful to volunteer or help in someway for others like me.☺️
